ANVE – ASSOCIAZIONE NAZIONALE VIVAISTI ESPORTATORI, is committed to encourage job supply and demand within the nursery sector also using its contacts and partners. This is why ANVE, as Data Controller, pursuant to art. 13 EU Regulation 679/2016 (hereinafter the “Regulation”), informs you that the personal data you provide will be processed as follows.
Categories of personal data
The personal data that may be processed are:
- Personal data, such as personal and contact details, educational qualifications, work experience, your picture, as well as information related to your work preference such as working area and job.
- Special categories of personal data: personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, and the processing of genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning health or data concerning a natural person’s sex life or sexual orientation shall be prohibited, possibly introduced into the curriculum.
Purposes of the processing
Your personal data will be processed for purposes connected to encourage job supply and demand within the nursery sector also using its contacts and partners. Therefore, your personal data will be processed to evaluate, select and forward your application to our network of contacts, which operate as independent Data Controllers.
Any special data contained within the curriculum sent will be processed only for the purposes indicated above, as well as to recognize any advantages.
Legal basis and provision
The legal basis of the processing is your consent for the evaluation and forwarding of your application and CV to our contacts and partners. Failure to provide your consent, will make it impossible to proceed with the submission of the application.
The legal basis of the processing of your special categories of data, is a different consent. Failure to provide it will not affect your participation in the recruiting process and the forwarding of your application, but those data will not be used for the recruiting activity or to recognize any advantages.
Data retention period
The personal data you provide will be transferred to our partners or contacts interested in your application and stored by us for a period of time not exceeding 24 months.
Recipients of personal data
Your personal data will be processed by appointed personnel, duly trained and operating under the authority and responsibility of the Data Controller. Your data will be processed by ANVE’s contact and partner network in order to evaluate your application, as well as third parties that provide services related to the purposes above such as communication service, postal or e-mail service, website management and IT services.

Your rights
We also inform you that, with respect to the data, you can exercise the rights provided by the CHAPTER III of the Regulation at any time. In particular, you have the right to request access to the data concerning you, their correction, deletion, or integration of incomplete data, the limitation of processing; to receive data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format; to withdraw your consent and to object in whole or in part to the usage of the data, as well as to exercise the other rights recognized to you by the applicable discipline You can exercise your right by writing to the address above or to following e-mail address: segreteria@anve.it. According to the art. 77 of the Regulation, moreover, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority if you consider the processing infringes the aforementioned Regulation.
