AICG
AICG (Italian Garden Centre Association) aims to protect, qualify, promote and develop the green culture, with a specific attention to the Made in Italy excellences, inside each Garden Center.
Founded in 2012, AICG has created many interesting projects over the years, such as the “Autumn Garden Festival”, created to promote and stimulate interest in green and gardening even in the autumn months, and “Discovering Italian plants”, a journey in stages to make known the floral excellence of Made in Italy, AICG strongly believes in the importance of qualified and professional staff in the Gardening Centres, a presence that differentiates them from large-scale distribution and characterizes them as privileged spaces of green culture and plant cultivation.
For this reason, it puts particular attention to staff training initiatives, organizing refresher courses and collaborating with Minoprio Foundation for the conception and realization of the course “Manager of Garden Center”.
AICG is committed at the legislative level for the protection and development of the horticultural sector, thanks to direct contacts with the main reference institutions and participating in the Table of the sector.
