Little Plant

Little Plant, owned by Gianluca De Meo, is a nursery born in 1999. Currently is specialized in rooting cuttings of fruit and ornamental plants, with its own material (mother plants) or supplied by the customer. The nursery is spread over an area of three hectares, including greenhouses equipped with computerized control of light, basal temperature and humidity, shade and mother plants fields. The large production of the company is characterized by the numerous presence of plants produced in medium-small sizes, both from seeds and cuttings, sup-plied in biodegradable pots of 6×6 / 4.5×7 / 3.5×3.5 / 8×8 cm.
We are sensitive to the environment and, respecting it, we use compost and or-ganic products with low environmental impact.
All the plants have their own passport, released under the control of the Phy-tosanitary Agency of the Lazio Region, which are monitored throughout the year with specific analyzes.
We are also converting the company to full organic pro-duction, both on the fruit and ornamental plants and, furthermore, with ‘Vivai Fiori’ Certification regarding our production process.
